Give customers, investors, banks and authorities a stable Swiss registered office tied to a professional legal practice.
Mail is not only forwarded. When a document signals a deadline, corporate action or legal issue, there is a clear route to someone who understands the context.
Your domicile can sit alongside incorporation, governance, employee participation and financing work instead of becoming another disconnected provider.
The monthly domicile service are transparent. Any additional corporate or legal work is scoped separately before it begins.
The service keeps routine administration simple while giving founders a direct path to legal support when something material lands.
A written mandate defining the permitted address use, responsibilities, communication channel, fee, review rights and termination process.
An agreed process for receiving, digitising, forwarding and escalating correspondence to the startup’s responsible contact.
Support with the domicile statement and, if separately mandated, incorporation or commercial-register changes needed to implement the address.
Direct access to Fehr Legal when received correspondence points to a corporate, contractual, financing or governance issue.
Why selective onboarding matters
The value is not the mailbox. It is knowing who receives, recognises and owns the next step.
Domicile mandates are offered exclusively to suitable startup clients and remain subject to conflict, identity and compliance checks.
A genuine operating or venture-building company.
Transparent founders, beneficial owners, directors and business activities.
A reliable contact who can act promptly when correspondence arrives.
Continued compliance with the agreed use, mandate terms and Fehr Legal’s professional obligations.
Share the founders, company, business model and intended use of the address.
Receive the domicile terms, fixed recurring fee and any one-off implementation work in writing.
Complete the required checks, sign the mandate and coordinate the commercial-register implementation.
No. Fehr Legal offers it only to eligible startup clients after a fit, conflict, identity and compliance check.
If Fehr Legal approves the mandate and the required documents are completed, the agreed address can be used as the company’s registered office within the scope of the domicile agreement.
The standard workflow includes receipt and digital forwarding of relevant company mail to the agreed contact. Physical forwarding or exceptional handling is defined in the quote where required.
Routine domicile administration is covered by the fixed service fee. Incorporation, register changes and substantive legal advice are scoped and priced separately unless the written quote says otherwise.
Yes. The written agreement sets the termination rules, including cases where the company no longer meets the eligibility, communication or compliance requirements.
